Hazel and Richard extend heartfelt thanks to all who have prayed for Lilian over the last couple of years. Lilian is a young lady that we have met several times on our visits to Uganda and one of the first children to be taken in by Aloysious and Abby Luswata when there was no family left to care for her. She was abducted, along with several others, from public transport on a routine journey. An extensive police search yielded no results but then, approximately 6 months ago, she escaped briefly and managed to send a message. Another extensive search found her alive and she is now back home. Lilian has experienced, seen and heard things that no teenager should ever have to …. but she is alive and back with the Adonai Family, along with a child that she conceived in captivity.
Please continue to pray for her – she will need much healing – but above all, please give thanks for her safe return.
